1. • Upon achieving pregnancy, you grant Fertility Coach Shraddha the right to share your conception journey, including video testimonials, interviews, or written success stories, on our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.

Purpose & Integrity

1. • These testimonials are used solely for educational and motivational purposes to inspire and support other couples facing fertility challenges.
   • Your story will be shared with respect, confidentiality (excluding private medical details), and sensitivity.

Consent & Participation

1. • You may be asked to voluntarily record a short video or provide a written testimonial about your journey before or after conception.
   • If you wish to opt out, you must inform us in writing at connect@fertilitycoachshraddha.com before participating in testimonial recordings.

Usage Rights

1. • Fertility Coach Shraddha retains full rights to edit, publish, and distribute the shared content across its social media, website, emails, and promotional campaigns.

SECTION 4 – PAYMENT

We use Razorpay and Instamojo for processing payments. We/Fertility Coach Shraddha do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved. Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
