Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Fertility Coach Shraddha, we strive to provide the best support and resources for your fertility journey. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our cancellation and refund guidelines:

Cancellation Requests

• Cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 days of registration or receiving access to our program, whichever comes first.
• Requests beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.

Refund Eligibility

• Digital/downloadable products are non-refundable due to their nature.
• Refunds are applicable only if the request is made within 3 days and approved after verifying access to digital content.
• If you have accessed PDFs, diet plans, live sessions, workshops, or substantial program content, a refund will not be granted.
• Achieving pregnancy during the program does not exempt you from completing payment, as the resources remain valuable for ongoing health improvement.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds, after any deductions, will be processed within 7 business days.

FERTILITY COACH SHRADDHA does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
